ERROR: Ignored the following versions that require a different python version: 0.1.0 Requires-Python >=3.8,<4.0;
0.10.1 Requires-Python >=3.8.0; And what follows are all error reports related to the Python version.

I cannot see the package name from your post, regarding the version of 0.1.0.

This work is developed based on python 3.7. So what ever the package requires Python >=3.8,<4.0, you should downgrade it to the older version which compiles with python 3.7
