Create a simple React Native app from template #1

Followed the instruction [here](https://docs.expo.dev/get-started/create-a-project/), ran `npx create-expo-app --template`, and named it "OwnTube.tv". Also extended the placeholder README with some updates on how to contribute (Forking workflow) and how to run the web experience.
