下载过程中周期性会出现断联重启 #145

下载过程中周期性会断开连接，看了一下日志是aria2-pro的进程重新启动了一次

重启会导致一些临时配置失效，例如全局下载速度的限制，看日志也定位不出重启的原因

这个问题, 似乎是绿联云兼容相关,
我也是绿联云, 用SuperNG6的镜像也可以复现
