每次更新都会直接添加内容，而不是替换。

问题复现：
使用比特彗星2.11订阅链接，然后更新。

通过 1c24aa8 尝试修复，为每个文章分配固定的 GUID，具体效果可能要下个版本以及下下个版本发布才能看出来。
