CR-CMIP-0-3-0: greenhouse gas concentrations - feedback, observations and issues

CR-CMIP-0-3-0 is out. There are a number of known issues.

Some code that acts as a starting point for it can be found in: https://github.com/climate-resource/CMIP6-vs-CMIP7-GHG-Concentrations

Known issues (many identified by @chrisdwells):

• some gases going negative (obviously wrong, an issue with an interpolation or smoothing algorithm I think)
• some very large changes in some gases (e.g. CFC114 having drops of ~100%)
• EESC (equivalent effective stratospheric chlorine) is not included, but probably could be

@chrisdwells please add other issues below here too. If you have a link to your analysis (which also translates concentration changes into forcing changes), please add it below as it is helpful.
