In most places contexts, the content access policy applies to the query results and prevents the display of private artifacts when pages are being viewed by visitors lacking permission. For example, when an anonymous visitor is viewing a public pece essay that references a private artifact, the private artifact will be omitted from their page view. Their display inside of photo and timeline essays is a little bit different because because each item in these essays is a paragraph, rather than a direct entity reference. While the anonymous visitor is unable to see the private artifact in these contexts, they still see a placeholder. This placeholder text should accurately communicate that they do not have access, and should not say that this item no longer exists per the changes that were made in #565
