Hi, I tried the installation script at the end of the README (under Linux Fedora) but there was a failure. I do not have the error message but this was with at the level of the path creation / copy of clean_ngs in sandbox directory (not at compilation level).

I can reproduce. It is due to several changes in the underlying architecture of seqan.. I am trying to fix it...

Hi Thomas,
thanks for pointing this out.
This is due to the changes made from 1.4. to 2.x.

updating to 2.x will take some time as there are quite a few modifications to be done.
meanwhile I have included the instructions to use the 1.4.2 library in the readme...
