[Bug][GUI] Spending Cold Staking delegations and normal UTXOs at the same time result with confusing/incorrect amount

Definitely a visually challenging edge case scenario, but I'm opening this issue for sometime in the future, whenever the time allows.

If user is spending Cold Staking delegation and normal UTXOs at the same time, wallet will show the confusing number and transaction will be showed with the red color, although the amount isn't necessarily being sent outside of the wallet.
