Agent runtime latency in CARLA

I'm having a problem reproducing this experiment, after running the agent in step4, the Query Message and GPT Response take a long time to answer, and the simulator interface actions update very poorly, with tens of seconds between each action run, can you tell me how to solve this problem? Inside the conda environment, install the CARLA PythonAPI easy_install [PATH TO CARLA EGG]. Refer to this link if you are confused at this step. I encountered a problem with this step. When I used easy_install, it said I was missing tools. And when I used pip, there were also issues. Could you help me solve this?[
