Description
Right now, the downloader app doesn't provide 5-min intervals and updates the header to reflect that the data isn't available. The 5-min interval is currently only used for Green Inlet monitoring and soon monitoring Ferko (special case). Since it isn't a pressing need, it's taking a backseat until after the dtime update is in production.
