PaddleOCR在华为晟腾芯片上的精度问题

🐛 Bug (问题描述)

我们之前在Atlas300I（晟腾310）上测试PaddleOCR，发现精度无法达到和Nvidia卡上一致，试了很多调优参数都不行。请问如果要在华为晟腾卡上达到同样的精度，需要用华为晟腾的什么芯片，Atlas的什么型号的卡才行？
