Expand documentation of pipeline outputs

Hello,

I would like to request that the pipeline outputs are documented in more detail.

For example in structureV3:

"overall_ocr_res: (Dict[str, Union[List[str], List[float], numpy.ndarray]]) A dictionary of global OCR results"

What does that mean? are the structural outputs still in this output? Or is it just lower level details?

How can i go about relating lower level details to higher level structural elements?

Which "output" is the most complete in terms of that relationship? Or should all of the outputs be combined to create a complete output?
