Failure to replace a schedule on an escalation policy

Error when attempting to replace a pagerduty_schedule on a pagerduty_escalation_policy:

Error: It is not possible to continue with the destruction of the Schedule "PR2O2HC", because it is being used by Escalation Policy "P55WWON" which has only one layer configured. Nevertheless, the mentioned Escalation Policy is not managed by this Terraform configuration. So in order to unblock this resource destruction, We suggest you to first make the appropiate changes on the Escalation Policy https://carfax.pagerduty.com/escalation_policies/P55WWON and come back for retrying.

Of note, the mentioned P55WWON escalation policy is indeed managed by this config.

I tried adding the create_before_destroy = true lifecycle policy to the schedule resource, but this did not prevent the error.

Can you try adding a depends_on? Terraform might be unable to recognize the relationship autonomously because of variables or other indirections in your configuration.
