tlmgr fails #8
Description
Hi, your image was working perfect until recently, but now tlmgr fails with the following error:
tlmgr install fontawesome multibib
tlmgr: Remote repository is newer than local (2018 < 2019)
Cross release updates are only supported with
update-tlmgr-latest(.sh/.exe) --update

Exited with code 1
I guess it's because TeX Live 2019 has been released?
