Better link kernel description in docs/physicskernels.md with implementation in plastiparcels/kernels.py

The description of the kernels in docs/physicskernels.md does not refer at all to the actual implementation in plastiparcels/kernels.py. Not sure exactly how best to make that cross-link, but the two files should be better connected so that we can assure/maintain consistency
