Describe the bug
When adding part parameters previously used parameters do not show up in the drop down anymore. Entering a new one stopped working as well. I tried clearing the browser cache and the PHP cache as well. Also tried checking to see if the database needed updating using the command in the docs under troubleshooting and tried a reboot as well. Any help is appreciated. I apologize if I missed something, I have never posted an issue before.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Create new part'
  2. Click on 'Parameters tab, then New Parameter'
  3. Filling in Parameter name usually brings up a drop down with previously used parameters. All that happens now is a spinning circle. Adding a new one gives a notification of 'Fill out this field' when trying to save, even though field is filled out.

Expected behavior
Previously when entering part parameters a drop down would appear as I started typing allowing me to select a previously used parameter from the list. This no longer occurs.
