Naming of the PDF Report/Certificate #171

Currently the PDF disc erasure report has the following title printed on it, "Disk Erasure Report".

Rather than "Disk Erasure Report" should this be called a "Certificate of Erasure", "Erasure Certificate" or something else?

Leave as it is, i.e "Disk Erasure Report".
