Clean up when deleting books

I've seen that deleting a book only deletes audio files, cover and db entries are kept. It may be a good idea to clean them up? I.e. audio books from thalia often have covers that have megabytes and hundreds of tracks, and i guess the sqlite db is rewritten many times
