Doesn't appear to capture EV policy OIDs from Mozilla

I ran:

node ./src/bin/tl-create.js --mozilla --microsoft --apple roots.js --for SERVER_AUTH --format js

And got this (gzipped) resulting JS:
roots.js.gz

It may be easier to see in CSV form: result.csv.gz (converted using my JSON-to-CSV converter).

There are EV OIDs captured from Microsoft and Apple trust stores, but the Mozilla entries show none, even for CAs with EV in their issuer name.

This would be good to do and shouldnt be too hard to add.
