Normal app launching

Allow spawning apps under completely normal permissions. Simply run am start -n id/activity.

This makes it easier to manage a temporary workaround for #4 by starting our core app (generally MABL) before everything else.

However, as pinitd will be started as shell using the vulnerability as the initial setup, Zygote will already be slightly messed up by the first unit spawn, and thus this may not be very useful.
