Publish/share scraper as well?

Hi Peter,

I'm considering using the API version of this data for a client project, the only problem is that there's no guarantee that this API will be/stay available and it would be great to have the data available locally instead. So I was wondering if maybe you could also publish the scraper you used to gather this data, as that would allow developers to update the data-set themselves?

Since most of this data was pretty old, I built a similar tool myself based on the official SWIFT registry. You can fork it to format the JSON as you wish if you still have the need, @micschk
