Description
What are the subjects of the false-positive (domains, URLs, or IPs)?
Why do you believe this is a false-positive?
Contacting on behalf of BTC Power who owns this domain. BTC Power is an electric vehicle charger manufacturer located in Irvine, California USA. We provide customers who purchase chargers from us with portals where they can monitor their charging fleet. There is a .app which is customer facing and a .net domain which is for our internal technicians.
We have noticed via virustotal that your tool is reporting https://amazon-portal.evpump.app/ as phishing. We would like to ask for your help to remove this false positive report. We believe this is mostly because some of these subdomains contain the names of some of our clients. We chose this naming convention such that it's easier to know which subdomain is assigned to which customer.
The URL in question is the customer portal we have provided for Amazon to manage the fleet of chargers purchased from our company.
We would kindly request that you please help correct this, it is affecting our customer's and my team's ability to use these portals.

Have you requested a review from other sources?
We are contacting every single vendor who has also probably flagged this solely because the customer name appears in the URL. This is the customer portal provided to Amazon for them to manage the fleet of chargers purchased from BTC Power.
