Proposal to Add CI and Maven Wrapper for Consistent Builds

While working on a code example for the HS-SR04 sensor, I noticed that the repository currently lacks a basic CI setup (even just for compile checks) and an embedded Maven wrapper to ensure consistent Maven versions across all users and developers.

Would it be possible to add these features? If so, I'm happy to prepare a short PR to implement them.

I saw when u made that improvement in pi4j code and have it as a yellow sticky to add in my repos. I am sure it will find errors. If u want to add the pr please do. But I don’t expect u to do the cleanup Thanks Tom
