feature request: Extract group owner as a Model field

The Model class pulls out the group name, but does not pull out the group owner, if any. I would like to use this in a check for whether the model has an owner or not.

Hi @paige-fuller-ki, thanks for opening a feature request!
This is an interesting one. While groups are a sort of dbt entity (which can contain various pieces of metadata including owner), it is also a "container" for different entities like models or snapshots.

The main question is, should groups be a lintable entity (something we can write a rule for, e.g. "every group must have an owner"), or should groups be additional metadata injected into other entities (a given model has a "group" property with all the group metadata).

Preferably I would love for it to be additional metadata injected into other entities (like the model) so I can include model ownership through the group as a criteria for my model score!

I think it makes sense to add this! So we probably need to do the following:

• Create a Group object with all expected properties (https://schemas.getdbt.com/dbt/manifest/v12/index.html/#groups)
• Load group metadata from the manifest.json into multiple Group
• Ensure the right Group is added to the right entities in
