Description
If you had three Questions with Radio Answers from 0 to 3, it would be a nice feature to allow the sum of all three answers to be at most some value, lets say five in this example. So if you could not answer all three Questions with 2.
Another Example would be the distribution of skillpoints when creating a Character in a Role Playing Game...
