PPA repo instructions don't work out of the box

Description

The "Install Pinta from Pinta Maintainers PPA Repository Using Terminal (for Advanced Users)" instructions at https://www.pinta-project.com/howto/installing-pinta/ don't work if followed out of the box, due to this error:

E: The repository 'https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/pinta-maintainers/pinta-stable/ubuntu noble Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

To Reproduce

1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:pinta-maintainers/pinta-stable

Yeah those instructions are pretty out of date and should be removed from the website. As mentioned in PintaProject/Pinta#738 we don't maintain the launchpad PPAs anymore

Using the snap or flatpak packages would be recommended, or https://xtradeb.net/apps/pinta/ for a community-maintained .deb package

Apologies for the delay updating this one - been working on some urgent projects, but I hope to get those wrapped up soon and get this pushed out.
