12.1 is Released on Github but not on nuget.org

the recent XSS CVE fixes are showing to be released in 12.1 in github releases but packages are missing from nuget
are these still pending release or did the package release get missed

Still seems to be problems with the signing, I've reached out to dotnet foundation again. The project itself isn't dead, but we're working on the next major overhaul of the platform as it's been over eight years since we released the initial donet core version. Because of this the project has been in maintenance mode for a while until we can safely release the next big update publicly!

cool , i was considering adding some features to the current version , how far out are you from releasing the new overhaul ?
been using this for years would be happy to help out if you are looking for maintainers was considering adding support to allow block containers to be added up to 3 levels deep working a a project right now that i have to use some workarounds to get around the current restriction

if this is something being improved in the new version already i will hold off on that

@clmcgrath Beside of course adding/rethinking features, there’s a lot of restructuring in order to split it into three layers - core, coupled(asp.net) and headless. The first two of these three would replace the current platform.

In terms of content depth, the decision of limiting it to content > block group > block was never technical, it was about editing. The more nested levels you get the harder it is to design an intuitive and easy to use UI. With that said there will be certain additions to the content model that will give you more flexibility. It would be interesting to hear your use-case.

I have got new resources and will look into getting it deployed. If you want to build and deploy using 12.1 you can check out the repository, build the packages locally, copy them to a folder in your repository and set a local NuGet host. This will work for CI/CD pipelines as well. Once packages are on NuGet you can just remove the local packages.
