GRIB Zip file takes a while to download #68

@alexander0042 A month or two ago I was trying to see if I could get the code repo setup locally to see if I could help with any of the summary text generation. When it got to downloading the ZIP folder containing the GRIB files it was taking a while to download them. I know the files are huge but the download speed seemed pretty slow. It turned out I wasn't able to run the docker environment anyway as my system isn't linux/arm (I think it said linux/arm/3) so even if I downloaded the zip file I couldn't run the code. |

@alexander0042 Any suggestions here? I was thinking of getting this setup to test the summaries but the download of the GRIB Zip folder takes forever (download speeds are really slow). I've setup my own test file using objects similar to that of the live site in testing so I don't really need to get this setup but would be good info for anyone else who would like to run the dev tooling setup. |
