Need to change DNS address and DHCP SERVER.

I need to know if anyone of you guys know how can i configure DNS SERVER and DHCP SERVER in the configuration file.

Does anyone know where the configuration file is located ?

the freifunkMUC fork has the ability to set a custom upstream DNS which the DNS proxy uses to forward the requests to.
