Petite modif du cycle de gestion des notes pour que la suppression et génération des notes soient intégrées seulement et systèmatiquement au backend au moment de l'envoi d'un formulaire.
Permet de ne plus avoir l'erreur 403 lorsqu'on supprime les permissions Delete pour un utilisateur.
