Reaching out to see if your team has the ability to pull officer conduct/excessive force complaint files for a specific officer? Is that something that is public and can be gathered across police departments via a web 'scrub' (not sure of the appropriate term to use)?

Below is the employment history of Officer Sean Patrick Grayson of Illinois who recently killed Sonya Massey. Video footage is circulating and I am looking to find out if this officer had numerous complaints from community members.
