ETL for subsidies should anonymize the people data

Subsidies data comes with the name of the people receiving the subsidy, but this info should be removed and replaced by "Persona física" string. This should be done with the ETL, we'd like to do a bit of research and see for other ETL tools if there are libraries or frameworks for data processing that can achieve this.
