Excluding Start.exe (single file). #49
Description
On two Windows 10 computers, I want to use Toucan to sync my Portable Apps with my OneDrive account (whose folder has a space in it). I need to sync my entire PortableApps directory, but I want to exclude items associated with the PortableApps platform, with FreeCommander Portable, and with Toucan. There are three things I need to exclude:
- The "PortableApps.com" directory inside "PortableApps"
- The "FreeCommander Portable" directory
- The "Toucan" directory
- "Start.exe," a single file
The first screenshot shows that I have rules set up to accomplish these four feats.
The second screenshot shows that while the folder exclusion rules are working in preview, the single file exclusion of Start.exe is not working, and Start.exe will be copied regardless.
The third screenshot shows that when I run the operation, Start.exe does indeed get copied. To make it clear, THERE IS A RULE THAT SHOULD HAVE EXCLUDED IT.
