Copy function removes folders on destination

Hello, I caught the program yesterday deleting folders from destination location even though I was using the "Copy" function which at my understanding is not supposed to remove anything at all.
From a later inspection on the log and the source drive it seems that removed folders were empty ones. I thought it wasn't the desired behaviour anyway.
Once I re-run the program it did remove more folders, in that case I used the "Use trash bin" option but it didn't put any item in Windows trash bin, so that too would need a check.

I am using version 3.1.8 portable on Windows 10 Home 21H2
