Need to significantly speed up synchronization in Mirror mode

Currently, synchronizing a local 240 GB folder (76,000 files) with an almost identical folder on the NAS takes several days. Moreover, copying these files to NAS at a speed of 36-40 MB/s takes less than two hours.
