[FEATURE] Add GenericBranch support

The GenericBranch (supported by the power-grid-model, cfr. https://power-grid-model.readthedocs.io/en/stable/user_manual/components.html#generic-branch) is not supported according to the docs (https://power-grid-model-ds.readthedocs.io/en/stable/api_reference/power_grid_model_ds.html#power_grid_model_ds.arrays.BranchArray). It would be great to enable support for it, as it it has an interface that is closer to other data formats like CIM/CGMES.

I agree this would be a good addition and complete the supported branch types. It should be easy to do, needed is

• Adding a definition here https://github.com/PowerGridModel/power-grid-model-ds/blob/main/src/power_grid_model_ds/_core/model/dtypes/branches.py
• Defining the corresponding array https://github.com/PowerGridModel/power-grid-model-ds/blob/main/src/power_grid_model_ds/_core/model/arrays/pgm_arrays.py
• Adding the array to the grid https://github.com/PowerGridModel/power-grid-model-ds/blob/main/src/power_grid_model_ds/_core/model/grids/base.py
