[IMPROVEMENT] Visualize which parts of the grid are observable

As requested during the meet-up: it would be nice if we can visualize which parts of the grid are observable when performing state estimation.
However, PGM does not support a full observability check yet. We can start thinking about the visualization when PowerGridModel/power-grid-model#84 is done.
