Hmm maybe you can try to open proxinject in Administrator mode. Then it can inject to other programs opened in Administrator mode.

I also have this issue when adding by name, however adding by path works. I have copied process (executable) name from System Informer so it was most likely correct as far as I can tell. I have also treid using the CLI version, and it also ignored my -n parameter, spitting back at me the parameters of proxy that I've put into -p and a "did not proxy anything, exiting" message. All in admin mode.
