[Feature]: Remove "unverified"/"member" role assignment

What feature do you want to see added?

Removal of the member role assignment on user join as well as removing verify-complete.js and view-rules.js

Why do you want to have this feature?

Chubby is getting a system to assign a Trusted role, so this is superfluous and adds clutter.

Any other details to share? (OPTIONAL)

Discord shows rules to users on join, so this wouldn't change anything. Also, the button to verify doesn't even show up in the welcome message.
