Making this an issue since it'll require quite a few changes especially to documentation.

• Make updates as requested
  • pointer
  • core -> context
• Update the documentation

This will be a "breaking" change if people are working with specfem2d currently. Maybe with the release of elastic isotropic 3D this could be release version 1.0?

Acceptance criteria

• Docs are reviewed
• Tests pass
• specfempp-py builds
