Fix bug in coupled interfaces

## Task description

There is a bug in the coupled interfaces where wrong edge index is provided to the iterator.  The solution would be to update `get_index` routine in edge iterator to give actual edge index and `get_local_index` to get local edge index specific to the iterator.
