Hi, I want to know if athena++ can natively support AMR with the turbulence driver acting. I ask this since ffts (used by the turbulence driver) on a non-uniform grid should be non-trivial. My runs have indeed been erroring out as of now with the error message coming from the turbulence module -- [perturb]: s is NaN! Any insights will be helpful. Thanks! |

I'm sorry but FFT (hence the turbulence driver) is not compatible with AMR. |

In case it's of interest, the turbulence driver in AthenaPK (https://github.com/parthenon-hpc-lab/athenapk) works with mesh refinement. |
