[Bug] Vitric Sky Box appears in other mods

Issue Description

The Citric Skybox appears
Expected behavior: The mod keeps its subworld effects to itself
Actual behavior: All subworlds have this.
Context: Some weird shadow thing was above the background.

Reproduction

	Mod list: Starlight River, any subworld, and their dependencies,
	Gameplay events happening: Go to the mod that isn't Starlight River's subworld,
	Your inputs: I flew up pretty high.

which is of course much much too many mods to even hope for total compatibility
