Unable to start the application

Hi,

i am unable to start the application, get this error:

Looks like you don't have the most recent update. I'm not sure why it
doesn't automatically install it for you, but you can try a fresh install (
http://pure-battlefield.github.io/PureSeeder3/).

Hi, i have already tried, getting the same error. I am on win 8.1

Tried to uninstall what ever was on the system, but still no luck... :/

How exactly did you go about uninstalling and reinstalling?

From add/remove programs.
