could be something like:

1. 3 months on PyBites slack
2. got 20 times a karma upvote (rather than 30 points which you get by 6x 5 points)
3. those 20 upvotes are given by at least 5 different people (not bots)
4. or you're an admin (somebody needs to run the show right?)
