Summary

We have tried over several iterations to do things like pyomo-extras or allowing folks to install all available solvers in one easy method, but it has bitten us several times. Our proposed solution is instead to make a document page that list different solvers and how they can be installed (pip, conda, etc.)

Rationale

We want to make Pyomo even that much easier to get started on!

Description

Under "Getting Started" on pyomo.readthedocs.io, make a page called "Using Solvers with Pyomo" (or something like that) with a fun table.

This issue has come up in response to #3605 . We will close that PR in preference for this solution.
