Add UI navigation and TLS configuration documentation to the on-prem appliance page.
This includes adding a few screenshots of the UI to 'content/eaas/appliance/images/' as well as a 'badge.html' shortcode file to style "Active", "Pending" and "Error" badges in the UI navigation section.
In the newer version of Hugo installed by the devcontainer, '.Site.IsMultiLingual' was deprecated in favor of 'hugo.IsMultilingual'. References to the former have been replaced with the latter in this PR.
