Description
I cannot install the Bloqade package to a fresh conda environment with no Julia packages. There was a update to OrdinaryDiffEq today to 6.61.0 and it looks like it broke my ability to install Bloqade in Julia.
Steps to reproduce
conda create -n julia -c conda-forge julia -y
conda activate julia

add Bloqade
Expected behavior
Expected to be able to get it working
