Sign the application for Mac

I'm new to QuestPDF and was just giving it a try over the last couple of days. It's a good project and the companion app is killer. When I downloaded it and tried to launch it, however, macOS blocks it because it's not from a verified developer. I had to go to System Settings and security to unblock it. It would be great if that weren't the case.
