Download the extension to your local machine From the Backend of your Joomla site (Administrator) select Extensions → Install/Uninstall. Click the Browse button and select the extension package on your local machine. Click the Upload File & Install button.
To remove components, modules, and plugins from Joomla! 4, access your admin panel and go to System > Manage > Extensions. You will see a list of all the installed extensions on your site
